How long does the delivery take?
You will receive your goods within Germany 3-5 working days after we have received your order. Please note: When paying by bank transfer, delivery is delayed by 2-3 working days.
For deliveries outside of Germany please ask for the delivery time, this can vary greatly depending on the country.

In case of payment in advance: Delivery will only be made after receipt of payment to our account:

Please transfer the amount within 10 days after ordering. After this period the order will be cancelled.
With PayPal: pay all your online purchases easily with your email address.
With credit card: pay securely with your credit card even without a PayPal account.
To pay by credit card, select "PayPal or Credit Card" as your payment method and then click the "PayPal Buy Now" button at checkout. In the pop-up window that appears, you can then choose between PayPal or credit card payment.
With invoice: when paying by invoice, you first receive your order at home and only then have to pay.
Payments via PayPal
You can use the PayPal QR-Code to conveniently pay your invoices, advance payments or subsequent PayPal payments:
- Open the regular camera app and scan the QR code. Once the code is recognized, a link will appear on the screen. Tap on it to open the PayPal website or app.
- Enter the amount you want to pay and tap "Send".
- The PayPal payment confirmation will appear and the payment is complete.
